At ABERHOMES, we value every customer who chooses to advertise their property For Sale on our site.

Research shows that adverts that are accompanied with a photograph receive a lot more interest than those that don't.

We want our customers to SELL their property online through our services so we are offering a unique service that enables you to take 4 photographs of your property with a digital camera sent to you in the post.
  1. We send you a Digital camera in the post.
  2. You take the photographs that you wish to accompany your advert.
  3. You send the camera back in a prepaid bag.
  4. We choose the best photos that will enhance your advert.
  5. We upload the photos for you to the web site.
  6. Your advert is now complete.

 

About our Digital Camera Rental

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Our charge is £20, this covers the Hire Charge and all the postage and packing both ways which will be needed to protect the camera.

The £20 charge covers the first 30 days of hire ( from the day you receive the camera until the day you decide to return it to us ) , extra weeks are chargeable at just £2.95 per week.

Lost, damaged or non-returned Cameras will be charged at the additional rate of £20 noting that cameras not returned after 90 days will be assumed lost or non-returned , unless you have received written permission from us for the prolonged usage after the 30 day agreed hire period has expired.

Q: How long does it take?
A: Once you have completed your advert, we will send the camera to the address that you have supplied on our secure payment page, if you wish the camera to be sent to another address please feel free to contact us at sales@aberhomes.com

The camera will be sent within approximately 2 working days after you advert appears live on the site. Until we receive the camera back with your photos on it, your advert will be displayed with our company logo.

We would ask that you take your pictures within a few days of receipt and return the camera asap in the prepaid bag.

As soon as we receive the camera we will normally put your photos online same day.

Q: Will the camera be complicated to use?
A: No, the camera will be preset by us so that all you need to do is push the button and take your photos, this way it keeps it nice and easy!

Q: Can I load the pictures from the camera on to my own computer?
A: No, but we can e-mail you the pictures if you choose, this is because all the cameras are preset only to work on our system, this is done for security and to keep things as simple and as straightforward as possible.

 We do NOT charge you for emailing the photos to you as you have paid for this comes as part of our service to you
