Our New Partnership ( The Northreg Racing Partnership 2 ) is now taking names and members for this year's jump season, we have on offer a 4 year old Un-named Gelding By ALDERBROOK ( Dam Won and Placed. Bred only 2 other Runners so far and WON 7 Races between them. The Horse is now cantering and ready to roll into full time professional Training.As the partnership WILL OWN THE HORSE 100% the approx capital purchase costs will be between £700-£800 each based on a 10/12 person Syndicate. Afterwards we will , as an equal partnership, take care of the day to day fees and costs, such as the monthly Training Fees , coming in at around £25-£40 per week for each partner ( depending on size of partnership ) , whilst in FULL Professional Training.
We also contribute to all the other minor running costs which will be kept as keen as possible and split on an even basis , as and when they become due. ALL PRIZE MONEY , when earned , goes into one kitty pot, and can be split evenly between us as and when we decide as a Team .
Should we decide to sell the Horse , by majority vote, we split what we get for it, and then simply deduct any due outstanding costs between us to finsh off our arrangment in true and professional partnership style.We also have an agreement in place whereas in between Seasons we only pay for the bare upkeep of the horse at other Stables on a fall back cheaper day rate.FULL Details are freely available on request - all you have to do is complete the Enquiry Form with NO OBLIGATION whatsover to buy or pledge anything to us.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Our Racing Management Team's involvement in the business spans over twenty years.
Our Racing Manager is vastly experienced in racing administration and he is an ideal link between the partners and all aspects required of a well organised partnership.
Many aspects of racing have changed a great deal in the last decade, none more so than the partnership scene. The cost of racing can be fairly prohibitive but this is an ideal way to spread the cost and still have total involvement.
Partnerships range from two to twenty partners and running costs are pro-rata.
At Northreg 4, 8, or 12 share person partnerships are the norm, tending to comprise of small business people.
In our experience, we would like to suggest that a partnership of between 4 and 8 people is a very worthwhile participation level.
Although a partner may have two, three or more shares in the partnership, each partnership
has its own "Deed of Agreement" Wetherbys and Normal Bank Accounts.
We prefer that all partners involved in the horses are registered or become registered owners to enable them to receive owners pass-cards.
Larger Syndicates and twenty share partnerships are ideal for large member organisations such as Social Clubs, Pubs etc.
