COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE - Our firm is a Member of the Institute of Registration Agents and Dealers, and is governed by their strict rules and regulations. In the unlikely event that a problem cannot be resolved in-house, you can request arbitration, in writing, from

Deposits
To reserve a registration mark a 10% deposit ( minimum of £50 ) is required.Upon receipt of this the registration concerned will be withdrawn from sale, pending receipt of the balance.
If for any reason you should choose NOT to proceed with the purchase we reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover service and administration costs.
All balances must be paid in full within seven days from date of order/your instructions.Department Of Transport Fees / Availability.All numbers are subject to the £80 Department Of Transport fee to transfer the registration onto a vehicle, plus a further £25 in the case of transferring it onto OR from a Retention Document. Some registrations are subject to VAT, all are subject to availability.
Refunds......In the unlikely event of a registration becoming unavailable or non-transferable, our liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price registration only , IN FULL AND WITHOUT DELAY.Please note that due to Cherished Registrations being classed as personalised goods it is not possible to consider a request for a refund of any kind once an application has been made to the DVLA for a Change of Nominee of a Certificate of Entitlement or a Retention Certificate.
PLEASE BE SURE THAT THE REGISTRATION YOU HAVE ORDERED IS THE REGISTRATION THAT YOU REALLY WANT.

Retention document is valid only until the expiry date shown on it. If you do not assign the registration to a vehicle before that date, you will need to renew it within 28 days of the expiry date as detailed on the document itself, or your right to entitlement will lapse. We will accept no responsibility for any loss of entitlement
